BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION + AI
Find where your business is losing value.
Fix what matters most.
Stratworks helps service businesses identify costly bottlenecks in revenue, operations, and capacity, then design and implement better ways of working.
Sometimes that means AI. Sometimes automation. Sometimes better technology. Sometimes it is simply a better process.
The goal isn't more technology. It's a better-performing business.
- Business first.
- Technology agnostic.
- Implementation minded.
- Outcome accountable.
OUR POINT OF VIEW
Don't start with AI.
Start with the business.
Most businesses don't need another list of AI tools. They need clarity on what is actually getting in the way.
Not:
“Where could we use AI?”
Start here:
“Where is the business losing the most value today?”
Revenue
Where are leads, customers, conversion, retention, or opportunities falling through?
Cost
Where is unnecessary time, labor, rework, or software spend being created?
Capacity
Where are owners, employees, or broken workflows preventing the business from doing more?
Understand the problem first. Then decide what deserves technology.
THE STRATWORKS METHOD
Find. Fix. Prove.
01 — Find
Find what matters.
Understand how the business actually works.
Identify the bottleneck, establish what is happening today, and determine where improvement could create the most value.
Understand → Diagnose → Prioritize
02 — Fix
Make the better way of working real.
Redesign the workflow and determine the right combination of:
People + Process + AI + Automation + Technology
Then help move the improvement into operation.
Design → Implement → Adopt
03 — Prove
Show what changed.
Define what success looks like before implementation.
Then measure adoption, operational improvement, and relevant business outcomes.
Baseline → Intervention → Evidence → Improvement
Implementation isn't the finish line.
Improvement is.
PROBLEMS WORTH SOLVING
Where is the business getting stuck?
Revenue leakage
- leads falling through
- slow response
- weak follow-up
- low conversion
- missed sales opportunities
- poor retention or reactivation
Operational drag
- repetitive administrative work
- manual processes
- fragmented systems
- duplicated work
- poor handoffs
- workflows that take too long
Capacity constraints
- owner dependency
- overloaded teams
- inability to grow without continually adding people
- key employees becoming bottlenecks
- too much human time spent on repetitive work
Customer experience
- inconsistent communication
- missed follow-ups
- slow responses
- customers getting lost between steps
- unnecessary friction across the customer journey
The technology comes after the problem is clear.
A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START
One meaningful problem.
One focused intervention.
One measurable result.
For many businesses, transformation does not need to begin with a massive strategy project. It can begin by fixing one important problem.
01 — FIND THE BOTTLENECK
Understand the relevant workflow, establish the baseline, and identify what is costing the business revenue, time, or capacity.
02 — DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THE IMPROVEMENT
Create the better workflow and determine the appropriate combination of process improvement, AI, automation, existing technology, training, or specialist support.
03 — MEASURE WHAT CHANGED
Track adoption and relevant indicators to understand whether the intervention produced meaningful improvement.
If deeper technical development is required, Stratworks can work alongside specialist builders and technical partners while keeping the implementation connected to the business objective.
HOW WE THINK
Technology should earn its place.
Business first.
We start with what needs to improve, not with a technology looking for a use case.
Technology agnostic.
AI is one tool among many. The right solution depends on the problem.
Implementation minded.
We do not want the work to end with recommendations that never become reality.
Outcome accountable.
We define what better looks like and measure what changed.
Technology is not the outcome.
Business improvement is.
Clarity before AI.
Before automating a process, understand whether it should work that way in the first place.
Before buying another tool, understand what problem it needs to solve.
Before building with AI, define what better looks like.
Start with the business.
Use AI where it earns its place.

FOUNDER-LED
Led by Sherry Tismal
I founded Stratworks around a simple belief: a strategy is only valuable when it works in the real world.
My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and practical AI adoption.
I start from the business side. Understanding how a company makes money, where customers or work are getting stuck, what the team is experiencing, and what improvement would actually matter.
From there, I help determine the right intervention and stay involved as the solution moves toward implementation.
That might mean improving a workflow, making better use of existing technology, introducing AI or automation, or bringing in specialist technical expertise when deeper development is required.
I’m not here to sell you a particular AI tool. I’m here to understand what isn’t working in the business and help improve it.

LET'S TALK
Have a business problem you're trying to figure out?
I'm always interested in hearing how businesses are actually operating, where things are getting stuck, and what owners and teams are trying to improve.
If something in your business is costing you time, revenue, capacity, or simply creating unnecessary friction, tell me what's going on.
It doesn't need to be perfectly defined yet. We can start with the conversation.
START A CONVERSATION
What's happening in your business?
Tell me a little about your business and what you're trying to improve. It doesn't need to be polished or perfectly diagnosed. A few details are enough to start the conversation.
Whether you're already thinking about AI or simply know something in the business could work better, I'd be glad to hear what's going on.
Technology is not the outcome.
Business improvement is.
STRATWORKS
Strategy that works.
